I am a full time Lands' End at Sears salesman. I basicly work for both Lands' End and Sears at the same time. Sears pays me my hourly rate of $9.75 and I get a commission on everything I sell from Lands End. I have a great team that i work with and enjoy what I do very much.

I work at the center desk, with the comps, notepads, etc. My friend an' I are in charge of helping the customers find what they need, or show 'em where books are, or when books come in to the store. We have to put a lot of books back into place, cause obviously people can't do it themselves these days

But's it all good. So far, during my time working there, there's only been one famous writer show up for a book signing. Today, since it was 4th, we had a book sale

It shouldnt do...if anything (in my opinion anyways) you got more chance. If its in the same work field...they see it as you got more experience.
