Nope. Chemicals are the medium through which love manifests in physical reality. To say that love is just a chemical reaction is like saying that War and Peace is just ink and ground up tree fibers. And the love I have for my Dad and best male friends, and for people I don't even know personally has NOTHING to do with procreation.
