I would like to see something like this...
Bruce and Clark are discussing the need to watch over Lex. They mention that they should split up.

Clark: "One of us needs to follow Lex right now, and the other needs to watch over Lexcorp tonight."
Bruce: "I'll take the night shift."
Clark: "Bruce...It's ok, I don't need the sleep."
Bruce (puts his cowl on and talks in Batman voice): "Neither do I."

^ I like. The battle of wits between these two if done right will be as satisfying as watching any of the fights. I hope they get some really great dialogue together. I'd be useless coming up with my own, but no doubt all the best stuff is in the comics already.

I really enjoyed the humor in the Nolan Bat-films. It wasn't exactly "laugh out loud" type humor, but more "a-ha" subtle. Hopefully they keep it clever and not over-the-top. MOS humor was pretty much right up my ally; from what I remember.

True. If you find any good quotes can you post them? thx. I know of TAS quotes pretty well already.

I'd like to see Bruce/Batman making people look stupid. Just when you think you're getting the upper hand...Nope! You're an idiot.

Batman throws a smoke bomb and disappears in an attempt to get away from Superman. Then it cuts to him grappling up a building, and when he gets to the top, Superman is just standing there.

Superman: Really?

heh heh. Reminds me of the Green Lantern joke in a JLU He tells a story (I can't remember how it was said exactly) where Superman is holding a grenade and is asked "Are you ok?" and it explodes in his hands. He then answers "Fine, how are you?"

--Perry White walks out of his office angry about something; as soon as Clark is seen walking directly behind Chief, Perry yells at the top of his lungs--

Perry White:
KENT!

--Clark, holding a coffee and a little doughnut bag, is startled, jumps, and spills a tiny bit of his coffee on his suite and drops the doughnut bag--

Clark Kent:
Uh, right behind you, Chief..

--as he stumbles to pick up his doughnut bag, wiping his suite--

Perry White:
IN MY OFFICE....

Pause

Perry White:
..AND DON'T CALL ME CHIEF! (Slams the door)

--Just as the door is slammed, Clark is standing there, dumbfouded;wide eyed as Lois quickly walks by--

Lois Lane:
(Snickering); (Whispers under breath) Nice goin', Smallville..

Clark Kent:
(As he enters Perry's office) I heard that..

this i love the nolan humor and the humor in mos it was more subtle and situation based humor i prefer that over the whedon witty comedic stuff

Battle of wits
Subtle humour

Pls no excessive humour

It'd be fun to see something along the lines of Cap and Tony or Kirk and Spock.

batman's cynicism and superman's naivety. always works when these two are in comics or tv shows together

Batman: "Hey Superman."
Superman: "What?"
Batman: "Argo f*** yourself."

Batman: You still owe me a satellite.

Superman: Might take a while. Reporter's salary.

Batman: Do me a favor and loose the sense of humor.

Superman: Do us both a favor and buy one.

Some smartassness thrown back and forth between the two for sure. The JL animated series did a good job of showing Batman's wit and humor.

We need the captain from MoS to show up out-of-blue to drop another "I just think he's kinda hot" bomb.

Bruce (to Superman and Lois): "So.. what's the S stand for?"
::Clark starts to respond, but Lois interrupts::
Lois: "Oh.. that's not an S.. where Clark's from.. it means hope!"
::Bruce gives them both a very perplexed look::
Bruce: "Uhh.. I see."

Sometime later towards the end of the film...

::Clark says to Bruce (while Lois looks on)::
Clark: "So Bruce.. what's with the whole Bat getup?"
Bruce gives Clark and Lois a sly grin, and responds:
Bruce: "It's not a bat.. IT MEANS FEAR"

Here's another..

::Like a ninja assassin, Batman tries to sneak up on Clark:: Ideally, there should be a scene or two which occurs beforehand so as to emphasize that Bats always takes his human opponents by surprise.

Superman: "Hello.. Bat-man or whatever they call you..."
::Surprised look on Batman's face::
Superman: "That ninja stuff may work in Gotham, but not with me. I heard your heartbeat miles away... What brings you to Metropolis? You're a bit far away from home."
Batman: "You should talk... alien."
