What kind of student were you?

Something of a jock I guess (only in HS), but honestly more of a general type of student. And one that somehow always had fairly young/attractive teachers at whatever school I attended which apparently is more the exception, than the rule. And which would I suppose explain my early infatuation with older women, as I typically had crushes on one of the said attractive teachers than say a girl in my class (especially in elementary, where I was usually seen as "the teachers pet" and for good reason!).

High School wasnt much different either. Other than having my at-the-time recently divorced Art Teacher (I'm guessing she was in her late 30's at the most) buy me a movie poster, and pencils apart of the merchandising because in her words, "thought of me" when she saw them at whatever store during my senior year. But nothing ever happened. Despite what everyone who found out about that at the school thought. :o

I was a slacker and a nerd all through elementary, middle, and junior high school, but I got popular in my senior year

Well I'm still in high school so don't know what to say. so far i'm the procrastinator barely get by kinda person, but amazingly i have a 3.2. I never cease to amaze myself.

Socially I was one of the few who got along with everyone. I didn't belong to any clique, so I hanged out with different types of people.

Academically I only did good in English, Social Studies, and Electives. I was really bad in math and science. :csad: So...basically I did good in 4 of my 6 classes every year.

I'm a procrastinator. The only reason I ever actually hand anything in is if it's worth ~10% of my final grade.

Non-academically, I was cool with everyone. Including teachers. So, when I'd play class clown, they usually laughed along. But I was friends with preps, jocks, druggies, nerds, emos - you name it. Whether that made me popular or not, I don't know. I don't really care, nor did I then. I just liked that I got along well with everyone while attending some boring place that I was forced to, uh, attend.

I'd been in advance/honors classes since like elementary school and i barely put effort in anything I did. I maintain that laziness till this day.

Through high school, I was a bright kid who worked hard but not too hard and got by basically on my natural smarts.

Since entering college, I've become much more dilligent. In my freshman year, I was kind of a nerd. I had just decided on pursuing medicine and was motivated/scared into working my butt off.

I'm a sophomore now and I've learned a have a bit more balance. I still work hard, but I've learned I have to relax so I don't go crazy.

Exactly where I'm at

I've gotten this far without trying, so why bother?

I was kind of like... this person who just focused on work. Nerd I guess?

I was a weird cross between a jock and that spooky film guy from American Beauty. I played hockey but I also carried around an 8mm movie camera with me everywhere and spent lunch making movies with my other film geek friends. When we'd travel on the bus for away games, all my jock friends would give me crap because I'd bring a stack of comics to read on the way. I remember one guy telling me that I'd be a really cool guy if I wasn't the way I was. High school...like a private hell, isn't it?

I was the kid who cared way too much about class rank. :csad: Then I relaxed and became the kid who was friends with lots of people. But I graduated with a 3.94 because of it. :cmad:

College- I went to class as little as possible, but still did homework. I only showed up for tests in several classes. I got a lot of sleep and graduated with a 3.5, much more enjoyable than HS.

Slacker. I remember doing well in 3rd grade and did okay my senior year in high school.

Finished High-School with a 1.6094 GPA. D student 9th-11th, but was a C student in 12th. Overall in 12th was a 80 or 81, which is a C. Even missed 0 days in High School my final year, too.

In high school I always cut school with my friends and went to the park and play soccer or hang out with girls.

I was more of a smart slacker. I got by in the US getting A's even though I did very little work but when I moved to Paris my grades got worse.....as did my attendance....however, my skills at pool got to be quite good.

I have no idea how I was able to wing getting into a "Grande Ecole" in Paris.

A dork...but only got good grades in writing and english...math was my worst subject. I had dorky friends along with some jock friends as I was on the track team, so it was decent, aside from the random bullies that just felt the need to **** with anyone.

Wow, you too? I'd always be gawking at my teachers instead of the cheerleaders. Ever since 3rd grade and Ms. Yuland. About 3rd grade is when I knew boys were supposed to like girls, but Ms. Yuland made me realize that I liked women. I started puberty 4 years earlier because of her.

I never really applied myself to my full potential. I pretty much did minimal effort to get B's. If I pushed myself harder, I would have probably been an A student.

What kind of student were you in school?

I constantly got in trouble with my teachers in college.
mostly it was because I thought them to be all Idiots.
[hippie]question authority man![/hippie]

sort of a jock..was on the football and wrestling team..took 3rd place in wrestling turney in fresno cali back in 94, Our football team sucked hard the years i was there, we played hard just that we didnt have the "man power" to beat our opponents.

I was a clown in a few of my classes, math on the other hand was hell, hell i say. Dont know how i got into algebra trig...that class still gives me nightmares. Got into alot of fights doing the "right thing"

Looking back on it..high school was just great
