Lol...imagine if the rumble ends just like the 94 one, and Bryan and Reigns are co winners.

I don't care about the "realism" of Bryan beating Lesnar, as long as it's done in a compelling and plausible way. I know that Bryan couldn't beat Lesnar in an MMA fight or amateur wrestling match, so present me with a story where Bryan outwits Lesnar and uses moves and techniques outside of Lesnar's wheelhouse to wear him down over time.

If DC Comics can present multiple storylines where Batman "beats" Superman, WWE can come (theoretically) come up with one where Bryan beats Lesnar.

Hell we've even seem convincing stories from Marvel where Spider-Man has stood his ground and beat Bigger villains like The Rhino and even Venom whom is usually Hulk size in some comics.

That's exactly how I could why I can buy Bryan legitimately beating Brock. Confusing with him with his technique and using a lot of strikes, and constantly hitting Brock in the face with elbows, kicks, and ultimately the running knee.

Reigns hasn't demonstrated the technique or moves to be believable. He's another power guy, and I don't buy anyone outpowering Brock.

I'm gonna sound like NextNolan here but google Bryan Danielson vs. Takeshi Morishima to see Bryan realistically take down "Goliath" using strikes and submissions. Really good match.

Agreed completely.

The myth TNN. Has he been in this thread since he was exposed?

Looks like Lesnar is getting a new nickname.

Hoping to inject some new spark into his character — which has been stagnating ever since he won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and then stopped going to work — Brock Lesnar has re-christened himself “Mr. Most Days Off.”

Lesnar hopes the nickname will accurately encapsulate how wrestling fans and his peers feel about him, given his shabby attendance record at World Wrestling Entertainment events.

Lesnar’s new monicker is obviously inspired by “Mr. No Days Off,” the nickname favored by WWE wrestler Darren Young — who, ironically, also seems to get most days off (especially Mondays).

Lesnar will grudgingly go to work for this weekend’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view, and his compensation for those 30 minutes of onscreen performance will drawf what the average American earns in a decade.

Lesnar’s WWE contract will reportedly expire this spring, at which point he will be Mr. All Days Off, freeing him to return to his first love, scrapbooking.

I thought that was a great way to end a rumble. The match itself was mediocre , but the timing of the move was excellent. I think putting Reigns against Bryan now would be disastrous for his push though. We'd get more boos than last years rumble

Brock wants to beat Undertaker's other streak of "most days off" as well. Lol.

i really hope bryan wins sunday but i can see him getting eliminated ala shawn at the 2010 rumble so that reigns can win

credit where its due, roman's promo on smackdown was much MUCH better than the garbage that he's been dishing out on raw lately

Please no.

Reigns, in no way, should win the Rumble.

I agree, its just that this whole Roman Reigns push reminds me of when Vince tried to push Lex Luger as the guy, even though Bret was clearly the best and most popular choice.

It'd be just like when they put Cena up against the likes of Jericho, Angle, and a Christian who was getting increasingly over with the crowd.

Reigns would be my #4 pick to win the Rumble (behind Bryan, Ziggler and Ambrose... The order of Ziggler/Ambrose depends on who the champ is). I like Orton more, but it just wouldn't make sense for him to win.

All that said, I doubt reaction to Reigns winning would be quite as bad as it was for Batista. At least it shouldn't be. The circumstances for a Reigns winning this year are vastly different to the circumstances when Batista won last year.

Not much of a Reigns fan but this match has me convinced Bryan/Reigns could be great rivals if Reigns turned heel:

[YT]YnyTubQCwvE[/YT]

The reason I say that is Because his cocky heel trash talking in the match made him feel less incomplete as a talent than his recent face matches that seem to expose him and cool his heat.

Not to mention it was probably his best showing

How is Bryan beating Lesnar any less believable than when Eddie beat him?

30th anniversary of Hulkamania and he supports Daniel Bryan to win The 2015 Royal Rumble! Awesome.

I think I'd be okay with that. If they are the last two in the Rumble the anticipation is going to turn the internet upside down.

They could mirror the 94 scenario totally where Rollins wins tomorrow and faces Lesnar at WM for a belt that Lesnar was never pinned for. Then the winner at WM faces the winner of Bryan/Reigns the same night. That's 2 major PPV's with a lot of suspense and 3 months worth of storytelling you can build around it. Fast Lane's main event can even be Bryan and Reigns vs Rollins and Lesnar.

I disagree and I'm not a huge Orton guy. Orton winning and facing Lesnar or Rollins would work. Plus, he got some recent buzz with the RKO Vines. Not saying he's the best choice, but he could work. Especially since he doesn't require as much damage repair as Ziggler or Ambrose.
