What movie has made you cry

i am sam
North Country (the rape scene is one of the saddest things I've ever seen :csad: )
Edward Scissorhands
Forest Gump
Titanic (I seriously don't think the movies that bad btw...but its record has to be broken imo)
Imitation of life
Passion of Christ
Hulk (what?... :( );
Children of Men
Pan's Labrynith

theres been a lot more, I just can remember now. I guess I can be kind of emotional sometimes, honestly I dont care...its okay to cry sometimes (and there is nothing unmanly about it, in my opinion :o )

Upon a reviewing of it not too long ago, it is better than I remember. Shouldn't have won BP the year it was out (LA Confidential should have!!!), but it is a very good movie.

I was watching The Color Purple (for the second time) two days ago. The ending is so happy that you can't stop crying. Also, The Pursuit of Happyness had me tearing up 7-8 times, but the ending had me balling.

The only two films I can think of that ever made me cry are West Side Story and Somewhere In Time.

I do did get a little choked up at the end of T2. I also got a little emotional as well at the end of LoTR:Return of the King. I was so pissed, and irked that Frodo was leaving all of his friends. Especially Sam,all the stuff they went thru together and Frodo leaves him.

tsotsi (holy ghost, sniveling crying)
ratatouille (quite but consistent crying throughout)
simon birch (short crying stint)
artificial intelligence (teary eyed at the ending)

ghost (but I was just a kid so it doesn't count :o)

Batman and Robin, and not for Alfred's near death either, and Hostel part 1, for the money i wasted on it.

iron giant, every time.

if you don't cry when that big metal man says "superman" at the end, ,then you're probably dead inside.

LOL!

or when he gets mad. Thats an emotional scene.

AI
ROTJ
Powder
Beauty and the Beast
Edward Scissorhands

Used to make me cry but I have not cried at a movie for 6 or 7 years.

I cried in one of the last big fighting scenes in Cindarella Man, that was such a great, great movie...

And of course, I think Batman Begins too... one of the best comic book movies ever made. If it makes you cry too, then that really confirms it.

Which reminds me, last movie I cried to was Gladiator. :) It was that damn soundtrack!

Oh, and another movie that made me cry like crazy. Robocop!!! When they kill Murphy and then when the police fire on Robocop. Oh, the inhumanity!

it struck a cord. what can I say? :yay:

Haha. :)

Forest Gump........ I was 8 ok.

I tear up starting from the scene when Forrest is at Jenny's grave, all the way until the end. Those last 5 minutes of the film are heart-warming. Especially seeing little Haley Joel Osment' last dialogue and him getting on the bus.

It never came close to making me cry, but I still have to admit that some of the scenes were touching. Examples include Alfred's dialogue with Bruce as Wayne Manor is burning (and how it came full circle with the earlier scene when Bruce moves back in Wayne Manor), and the repetive scenes when Thomas Wayne gives Bruce the tool that checks heart pulses (I don't know what the name of it was).

I cried when I saw Titanic. I could have done great and mighty things with that 7 dollars......
