What movie has made you cry

Eight Below.
It made me cry like a baby.
I hate seeing animals get hurt.:csad:

The only couple of movies I can remember actually getting really emotianal over at the theaters were The Monster Squad when I was a kid, when Phoebe doesn't want Frankenstein's monster to go. Other than that a couple of parts of Forrest Gump, especially with the death of Bubba and Forrest at Jenny's grave. Big Fish surprisingly got me and my friends choked up too. Near the end when Billy Crudup is telling his dying father a final tall tale about himself and all of the people he's ever know and cared for as you see them sending him off-that really got me.

Other movies have also moved me greatly, but not really made me cry. Road To Perdition gets me when Tom Hanks kills Paul Newman in that rainy street and he tells him that he's glad it's him. Babel also really made me sad with Rinko's performance as the deaf/mute girl when she's just screaming and crying out of sheer frustration from never having been really loved by any man.

The monopoly on sad movies for me comes from my meager Korean film collection. Chanwook Park's vengeance trilogy is a feet unto itself when it comes to depressing scences and cruelties done to characters. Song Kang-Ho greiving for his drowned little girl in Sympathy For Mr. Vengeance is gut-wrentching, and he did the same in The Host. You also feel for Choi Min-Sik quite a few times in Oldboy, and Lee Young Ae in Lady Vengeance. The Korean horror movie, A Tale of Two Sisters, is also up there. It's not very scary as much as it is just depressing.

Perhaps the worst of the worst for me, because they were done so realistically, are probably The House of Sand and Fog-yeesh, and City of God. City of God got to me even moreso because it's all true. Jesus, I think I'm going to go kill myself now...:csad:

Terminator 2. Go a head, mock me, but I tear up when John has to lower the only true father figure in his life in to molten metal.

^Heh. Same here.

Everything has already been previously mentioned. My Dog Skip and Forrest Gump are the only ones I could remember where I was flat out crying. Especially during My Dog Skip. I have a soft spot for doggies.

EDIT: Just remembered. Call me a loser, but I was watching TMNT last night and I started to tear up with joy, when the turtles got back together for the 1st time in years and fight as a family.
