Weakest entry so far. Felt more like an extended TV episode.

5/10

Just saw Poor Things. I wanted to see it in the theater but never got around to it.

That movie is a lot to unpack. There is a lot going on. There’s some Frankenstein, some Wizard of Oz, some Candide (it took over twenty years but I can finally compare something to Candide) and a lot of I don’t know what. There’s a little bit of “men are pigs unless they are academics and not interested in sex.”

Like I said, a lot to unpack.

Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

After watching Wonka the other day I decided to rewatch them have not seen the first one all the way for years both are good films and are fun to watch and I loved em both

I was pleasantly surprised. A well-done comedy with an uplifting message. 7.5/10

resulting in a murder spree , manhunt , and eventual capture of the surviving members of the gang.

The TV movie stars James Spader , Eric Stoltz , and Salem's Lot actor Lance Kerwin as the teens, with film legend Robert Mitchum as the Patriarch of the gang, and Rockford Files actor Stuart Margolin as Mitchum's fellow escapee.
