Batman (1989)
I originally owned B89 on VHS (twice), then on DVD (twice). Finally decided to pick up the Blu-ray yesterday - mainly for the special features.
Watched it tonight. Looked very sharp. Noticed something I never have before. When the guys try to unmask Batman in the alley, as they get distracted by Vicki on the roof and turn round and take aim at her, Batman's lying there with his mask completely removed. Next thing he's springing to his feet fully cowled. I guess they got it off but spun around before they got a good look (then he managed to reposition it very quickly before he jumped up!). Never realised before that they actually got his mask off.
Fascinating stuff in the special features (cool hearing Conroy and Hamill voicing Batman and Joker for the animated storyboard sequence; shame Loren Lester didn't voice Robin).
If I can find Batman Returns reasonably priced I'll upgrade that as well.
