While I'm not a big Ari Aster fan I actually enjoyed this quite a bit and honestly it's easily my favorite thing that he's done so far. The blend of dark comedy and western action thriller worked for me especially the third act which reminded me a lot of No Country for Old Men for some reason and I really dug it.

I was too young to watch this when it originally aired , but it was pretty hysterical , and also featured a young Crispin Glover acting with his future Back To The Future Co Star Michael J. Fox.

The two play off each pretty well here, and there are seeds of the George and Marty dynamic even here in this film which was probably filmed in 1982 , with the two actors having no idea that in a couple of years, they would be apart of one of the most iconic films of the decade.

If you're a GenXer or Baby Boomer tv and film fan, it's fun to see these two generations of actors working together.

Seeing the scenes with Marty McFly in love with Jo from The Facts Of Life , while acting with Gilligan, is worth the price of admission. .

Not really my kind of film but I actually enjoyed it for the most part. I don't know why this is labeled a romcom though because it definitely ain't that and I was actually surprised by how dark and serious it got at times. Really solid performances from Dakota Johnson and Pedro Pascal but man was Chris Evans miscast here. I like the guy overall and still love him as Cap but I just didn't buy him in this role and while his performance is fine its easily the weakest of the three.
