What we know so far!!!

I actually liked the heights that Hulk jumped in Ang Lee's film. One of my major issues with the first Hulk was that he did not have an opponent that could challenge him enough. I'm glad they got abomination in this film, this should be an epic battle.

Agreed. On all counts.

Woah, wobbly... that avy is DEEP. I'm swiping it. :woot:

And AMAZONA... thanks!! (Can we get the last 20 percent too??)

yikes...not trying to be negative but that really doesn't look much like the concept we saw at Comic-con.

I find the fact that in order to get info from persons involved with the project, they feel the need to challenge, mock or whatever. You want the facts? Ok.....
The Hulk I saw was in the early stages of development, but the concept was movement. It showed the Hulk running and jumping. The more detailed version is like the Aaron Simms rendering. Not the smooth skin we saw with the 2003 version. His scars heal, period. Yes there is a final rendition and yes I have seen it. I need not prove it. The 3D model was created first, then the pic. He does wear purple tights when he visits Sterns prior to his attempted cure. Other than that, he wears pants and jeans. Abomination is 4 feet taller and bigger than Hulk. His eel-like skin has spikes down his back and on his arms and near his ankles. These spikes cut and hurt the Hulk ib battle causing the Hulk to bleed, yeah he bleeds. Okay, you satisfied?

Thank you for a direct, information filled response. Don't want to give anyone a hard time, but everyone knows this place is stacked to the ceilings with bull**** artists.

Having looked at them both up close I don't think this model is that far removed from the concept pic. Remember this isn't fully rendered and the concept pic was a head shot only from a different angle and with a different expression.

Personally I could see this being the real deal, remains to be seen if it is though.

Fake. It is a rendered pic from a statue. If it was, he would have scooped it to SHH first. Anyway, its fake.

Again EB steps in and shows us he's da man!

SK, where you at?

Hey everyone.

I'm new. Well, not really. I've been reading the message boards for months now without feeling the need to contribute. EB might remember me because I PMed him about the script a while back. Also, some people from the HulkMovie.com message boards might remember my name from over there as I (occassionaly) post there. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself.

But I do also have a question (I guess for EmeraldBeast): Now that we've clarified the link posted above as a fake, can you use that photo to point out the differences between it and the real hulk (skin tone, face, musculiture, etc.)? Thanks!!!

Its not an Aaron Sims pic, who was responsible for the concept art. If in fact the art was 80% done, why would it just be posted and get the scrutiny ala the superbowl in 2003 and not thru SHH. If I were to post something of that magnitude, dont you think I would want complete credit thru SHH, ComingSoon. Net. Latino News or whatever? I ask the owner of said pic to describe the scene from which the pic is pulled from. Furthermore, compare the art and the pic closely, you notice the eyes, hair and neck are different, very different. Fake, IMO. Prove me wrong. I have seen the art you are just wrong for trying to provide false images of the film. If it were concept art, it is way bad, even at 80%. BTW, at 80% you dont have texture yet, just movement. choppy at best. The rendering I saw was incomplete and cartoony because texture was not implemented at that point. He's trying to take advantage of everyone's hunger for a pic.:cmad:

I did have a google around looking for a Hulk statue that matched (the shaky teeth didn't seem right even for an incomplete render) as manniping a statue would be one way to make a fake, but I couldn't find anything that was close really.
Without finding anything, the near empty eyes on the pic led me to thinking it could be for real: IIRC eyes are typically among the last things to be rendered fully on CGI images?

Oh well, will have to wait longer for something genuine then (cant say I'm dissapointed...That Hulk was somewhat too ripped for my tastes)

it looks like Dante from LXG with a maniped head. He even has that Poop colored flesh tone that lame CG creation had.
