Homecoming What we want in the third movie

Yeah, I'm just sick of teenage spiderman. It's the reason why OMD was created in the first place-_-

... Yes, but I really don't like the OMD arc. I think they really went too far.

Nevertheless I love Big Time, Superior and All-New Amazing Spider-Man arcs. :)

Eh, there are some parts of superior that could've been done better. I really hated the reveal of the goblin. I think it would've been better if it was either Peter Parker, normie Osborn or Bart Hamilton

For some reason, despite having read those, I still love going back and reading the original Amazing Spider-Man from the 60's.

I'm definitely an old soul when it comes to that.

I don't know what gave you that idea, since OMD didn't make him a teenager.

OMD was done to bring back the feel of the early college years. That time is viewed as the golden age of Spider-Man by the powers that be. It's pretty obvious when you compare the early BND set up to the book prior to George Stacy's death.

Whatever happened to Normie, anyway?

Just a little movie called Guardians of the Galaxy. You've probably never heard of it though, it's pretty obscure. :oldrazz:

Oh lol has he done any thing else that has done big or was that his break out movie or what? Is he more new ect?

Mmmm ...

I already stated what I wanted in TASM 3, but If you are turning this discussion into "Who should direct the next Spider-Man movie/reboot in the future" :

- I'm not conviced by James Gunn work.
I thought GoTG was a cool pop-corn movie, but defenetly not a great movie : Bad editing, poor writting, too fast
(2 hour and 01 minute! Consequence: poor characters development),
again, stupid Bad-guy ...
It's a fun and short MCU movie, nothing revolutionnary, nothing more. IMO.
Maybe his director's cut was way better.
But with this movie, It's hard to state that James Gunn could make an incredible Spider-Man movie (or better than Marc Webb and Sam Raimi ones).

- Okay James Gunn pretends to be a Spidey fan. That's a cool thing, sure. But Edgar Wright said that too. So ... :whatever:

I would love to see what David Fincher would do with an emotional spiderman movie and also his voice for Peter Parker and the other characters. He was also one of the directors working on spiderman back in the 90s

Oh no no no, lol, Slither is not a "very good horror" movie !
It is a fun and stupid comedy & horror movie! :woot: ...:barf:

Introduce a foreshadowing of the symbiote but take it real slow, please. (for instance he won't don the black outfit yet in ASM 3, maybe 4..)

James Gunn wrote those 2 godawful live actions Scooby Doo films. How he can go from that to write and direct GOTG is mind blowing to me.

He made Scrappy Doo the main villain in 1. That's the dumbest idea ever since Scrappy was never a villain.
