would be EXTREMELY cool.
Take the Kraven's Last Hunt story for a two-movie arc: first introduce him with a few battles, maybe with Chameleon, and then for next movie do the famous arc with the kill, Vermin cameo as well. Or...substitute Vermin with...LIZARD!
Awesome tie-up for two villains.

They'd need to revamp Kraven big-time to fit in the movie. His comic costume is too campy to take seriously.

For me, the BIGGEST suprise would be the death of Mj, Gwen, May, and all those skanks. (as Smirking put it)

The others are all leading into Spider-Man 4. (except Solid Snake which is just stupid)

If the Audience knows who Dr. Connors is then that would definitely be the LEAST SURPRISE in this Movie

I voted for Solid Snake.

But yeah...I think that the big suprise should be in two forms. Most people don't know about the black costume being in the movie. Kids at school are always saying "I heard..." but no one who isn't already reading about it knows for sure.

So the trailer should show clips of the movie in black and white, slowly fading into color. So we see a red and blue spider-man, when it finally gets to full color. But then we see black spidey on top of a building. So it looks black and white again. But then he jumps down to like broadway or somewhere bright and you can clearly see that he's wearing the black suit because of all the color around him.

The second shock should be a group of small things in the movie. Something like The Lizard appearing at the end, A man named Wilson Fisk buying a building, Felicia Hardy being mentioned at the Bugle, Dr. Reed Richards winning an award; A man testing military and camoflage armor, escaping in a rhino suit; and something about either electro or mysterio.

Biggest surpise for me would be seeing either Quentin Beck or Curt Conners with a few appearances throughout movie.

I would love for the 4 th villain to be either birth of Mysterio or Shocker if not then bring on The Lizard.
