It would suck for work, I'd have to actually work the entire day, actually wouldn't even have a job, since my job revolves around the internet.
Outside of work though, it wouldn't impact me much at all. I got a virus on my home computer about a two years ago and stopped using it, only recently bought a new home computer to use. Although don't use it too much, would much rather interact with the real world outside of work than the internet.
