Superman Returns What would you have sacrificed to keep the Journey To Krypton scene's in ?

Scenes I would cut for the Journey to Krypton and other goodies:

*Superman watching Lois, Richard and Jason interact.

*The flight to the hospital with Kitty.

*Jason's garbage head growls scene.

Goodies I want to see in an extended version:

*Trip to Krypton ALL OF IT

*Superman changes in the Daily Planets closet (the glasses scene)

*The suitcase scene with photo

*More Superman discovering his powers in Smallville

*Other Super Feats

Please leave out:

*Martha and Ben's relationship and moving to Montana reference

HELL YES! I don't like the notion of Martha remarrying and leaving Smallville.

Yes peeping man followed by weeping man could have went

I can see why but i kinda liked the stuff with Supes and Kitty

I would've cut down some of the Luthor scenes. IMO some of them, paticulary the train set sequence kinda drags on too long. I also would've kept his "demise" ambigious so cut the island/helicopter scene at the end.

However, personally...I would sacrifice the "Return to Krypton" for the entire "Smallville" sequence any day of the week.

Actually the Smallville scene is REALLY well done in the script (incredibly well written and paced), but the editing in the movie screws it over...compared to what could have been, anyways.
