In retrospect the first movie is great. Character development was good. Plus it actually felt complete and satisfying.

Exactly...honestly, people need to go back and watch the first two films before voting on this poll. There wasn't one single scene that came close to that Magneto flashback in X1 or either the Nightcrawler action sequence or Wolvie mansion sequence. For that matter any one of the dialogues in either of the first two films blows away any of the crud in X3.

X2 is my fav because...well just because..

X2>X1>>>>X3

IMHO

X2 is just the perfect blend of action, characters, adventure, fun and drama.

Though I do have a soft spot for X1: Liberty Island isn't very climactic, but I like seeing the team work together. Also like the Rogue/Logan relationship: I wish this was carried on more in the later movies.

I disagree. That was one of the coolest action pieces ive seen. A faceoff on top of the Statue of Liberty. That idea alone is very good imo. All while fireworks are going off in the sky. Top notch and ironic in terms of the symbol of what the statue stands for.

Ratners finale was exciting as well, i cant knock it.

x2 Because of the night crawler begining.

I love the first one, the second one and the third one. If I had to pick...erm every Jean/Scott scenes from all 3 movies :O

Just saw X3 last night and, while I wasn't expecting X2 quality, I was very disapointed in it. It was fundamentally a pretty BAD movie (the directing was horrible as well as the script, seriously we get it, you all 'STAND' together, cinetography was nothing special but wasn't bad though) in its own rights, and the only reason I could sit through it was the thought 'This is a comic/X-men movie...I know i'll love something about it', unfortunatly apart from the cheeky Juggernaught line and Beast, it really have nothing going for it.

X2 all the way.

X2 will always be the best followed by X3 and then X1.

X2, easily.

Although with the storyline and available budget, X3 could have been the best film if handled properly. Fox and Rothman messed it up yet again.

Speaking of fun... one of the parts I found hilarious and can't stop watching everytime I put it in my DVD player is when Magneto and Mystique are leaving Alkali Lake and they see Stryker struggling to breathe, so Mags strides up to him and says "Mr. Stryker... funny we keep running into eachother. Mark my words, it'll never happen again!" and then he tightens the chains around his stomach and throat. Hehe. Hilarious.

X1 was the closest to being watchable, but none of them were really very good.

X2 Mags just makes being bad look so good, eh?

I love that little jab he and Mystique make at Rogue too about liking her new hair....ouch!

X2 without a doubt,

X1 was very good,

X3 has unforgivable flaws.

X1.....and then X3 but i love em both i can't choose....well and lasrt but not least X2 i liked that movie very much but it wasn't the best for me

Absolutely. He was quite the badass in X2.

Magneto: Wolverine! Whoever enters the dam needs to be able to operate the spillway mechanism. What do you intend to do? Scratch it with your claws?

Magneto: When will these people learn how to fly?

Magneto: How does it feel, Charles? Still fighting the good fight? From here, it doesn't look like they're playing by your rules. Maybe it's time we play by theirs!

And watching him suck the iron out of Lorio was just too righteous. The way he laughed while doing it... he's just too good.

I think Magneto stole the whole movie...

the uniqueness of x2 imo was that they had to face a new threat and the former enemies were now allies of sorts. I liked that. By x3 that is gone, and they are back at opposite ends of the spectrum.

There goes the lack of teamwork complaint about x2 as far as im concerned.
