i'll add that to my list but i'm iffy. i've never been a fan of the fairy/fae genre

Not something I normally go for either, but if it's something that you're worried about it being bright or peppy or kinda cutsey with the fae stuff, don't. It's very dark at times and most of the fae in the book are pretty creepy and even scary.

There's a book I've been meaning to read, it's called Paradise Lost. Has anyone else here read it? Is it a book you'd recommend?

finished Bloodlines for the second time last night

I finished Miss Peregrine's Home for Particular Children earlier this week and really enjoyed it. When I'm pretty stingy toward what books I keep on my shelf, as in I really have to like them to keep them, and I'll be keeping this one. There's a sequel coming out sometime soon and will probably be getting that when it comes to continue the story.

Now I'm back to reading Under the Dome by Stephen King. And I can actually hit it pretty hardcore now that I've finished the most recent edits of my newest book. I'm hoping to start the next one while proofreaders read the previous one, but I think I might hold off until after I finish Under the Dome.

Just finished Inferno, thought it was pretty good. Now moving onto Child 44

started Remnant by LaHaye/Jenkins today

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson. Took some time to get into it, but it then picked up and I couldn't put it down. Such a good book!

The.strange man by Greg Mitchell. If you are into horror/thriller/mysteries like myself do yourself a favor and get this book. Almost read it all in one sitting. 4/5

I'm reading Lord of the Rings, I haven't read it in 30 years. I can't believe how much I forgot about.

i started Hopeless by Colleen Hoover after finishing Remnant earlier today

Finshed Stephen King's The Dead Zone.

Starting The Road to Madness, book #2 in Del Rey's HP Lovecraft collection.

finished Hopeless in less than a day

about 4 chapters into The Golden Lily again

The Dragon in the Sword, Book 3 of The Eternal Champion - Michael Moorcock

The Mad God's Amulet, Book 2 of Hawkmoon: The History of the Runestaff - Michael Moorcock

I'm going to have dig out all of my Moorcock books. I read most in the 70's, still have the paperbacks stored away, and they are getting fuzzy and jumbled up with other things.

I sent you a message about this woody.....

finished My Name is Memory for the 4th time yesterday

2/3rds of the way through Armaggedon (Left Behind 10) and bout a third of the way through The Golden Lily again.
When I finish both, i think that will put me at 40 books for the year
