The Ghost and his info would've been silenced either way. After she reads the note, we see Wilkinson's confront her and it's implicit that everything will be covered up. I haven't seen it in awhile, maybe Ruth notified Wilkinson, then the Ghost got it. It didn't bother me, either way. Even if he got the info out I think it's safe to assume Emmett, Ruth and other shady officials would get their way.

Yep! Just like the Thomas Harris novel. Ghost is killed, but it's presented in a better manner.

But we wouldn't have gotten that great final shot. ;)

I'll have to read the book sometime. I loved the movie, especially the ending. Better be as good as you say.:argh:

That was quite beautiful wasn't it?

I really loved Ghost drinking at the airport bar, that's such a romanticised staple of noir and it's shot so beautifully.

Jurassic Park (1993)

I keep forgetting that Samuel L. Jackson's in this. "Hold on to your butts!"

The Expendables - 10/10 Still love this movie, even after watching it about 80 times. It delivered exactly what it set out to do. It's big explosions, lots of shoot outs, fights, and action stars. That's a perfect movie right there.

I know, I was aware of that, it's all good.

I think ROTF can be fun if you're in the mood for a movie you know is so inept and ridiculous, but I can definitely understand why it'd be hated. Certainly we can be here all day naming ridiculous things in that movie and still not be done listing them all :o

Another one I love is..."God Damn I hate this hacker crap!!"

I'm beginnning to think there should be a thread dedicated to everything that's been wrong with Bay's Transformers films, if there already isn't.

Can you imagine the blast MST3K would have with the films? Wonder if there's already RiffTrax tracks available for them.

The Adjustment Bureau - 9/10 This was a very cool idea for a movie, it was well paced and executed. Matt Damon and Emily Blunts chemistry felt very real, and not forced. I didn't see it as just a love story, but also a suspense thriller ( in a way).

14 Blades.

I really liked it. But I think the editing was a little too Hollywood for it to be on par with other wuxia films. Do they really need to cut so quick when it's Donnie Yen?

4/5

Scott Pilgrim Vs the World. One great film, in my opinion.
