Cat's Don't Dance

Warrior of the Lost World (MST3K version)

Short Circuit

A Fistful of Dollars

Alien 9/10. It would get a 10/10 but I hate it when films have too many peaks and valley's with the audio. The dialogue is really quiet so you turn up your tv to hear it and then when anything exciting happens it blows out your speakers. As a movie though, Alien is perfect IMO.

Kill Bill Vol. 1

One of the most perfectly made films of all time. Very few films are as wonderfully directed, shot, and scored.

Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol
9/10

4/5

I think I still prefer the original, but like the remake Let Me In, they both did good jobs bringing these films to an American audience.

Zoolander.
On Her Majesty's Secret Service.

If you have a modern television set, there should be an audio option to avoid that happening, it keeps the volume from veering suddenly from quiet to loud, it keeps it on an even keel, and is mainly put there so that people don't have to keep turning the volume down when the tv ads come on, as their volume is always boosted.
on my tv, i think the option is called 'AVL' and you simply choose whether to have it on or off.

Amos & Andrew - 5/10

Cage Rating - 7/10

I think we were the only people in the entire world watching this movie last night. But this is a strangely structured film. The plot takes too long to get into gear and when it does, it's over before you know it, just when you start to get and like these two characters. Plus it's an unofficial Marvel crossover.

:funny:

Have you already watched, I believe it's called "Lost in Paradise"?

"Trapped in Paradise." Oh, yeah a while ago. :woot: Twas good. Only a movie would have Nic Cage, Dana Carvey and John Lovitz as brothers.

The Adventures of Tintin.

After watching a few of the cartoons, I was really impressed by just how well they merged the three different Tintin stories into a singular narrative.

The Mummy: Tomb of the dragon emperor.

Part I and II were much better, but for a TV-evening it's adequate.
