I was pleasantly surprised at how willing Clooney was to show a politician that echoed his own views (and that he played) as a not-so-good guy. That made the movie feel really honest. Gosling, Hoffman, and Giamatti tore it up, as they always do with good material.

If Adam Sandler's role was meant to be sympathetic, I can't feel it, not in a life time
The stepfather of his children respects him, loves his stepchildren as his own, and helped raise them to respect the loser Sandler portrays, but that guy behaves as the loser d*** he is towards his children stepfather
If that is meant to be comedy, I don't know if you can call cringing a smile, and his performance is so atrocious I want to kick him out of the picture so badly

American Reunion

It was great to see the entire cast come back for the film,especially after all of those Stifler's brother or cousin goes to bandcamp or something straight to DVD flicks.
The film is here and there funny,but unfortunately the bad outweighs the good to many painfully dull moments with sitcom like setups(Oh,man did i sleep with her?!?)
I would have liked to seen more of Eugene Levy as Jim's Dad and Jennifer Coolidge as Stifler's Mom.
