Pirates has created a buzz unlike Spiderman, and LOTR, again not saying they aren't great movies, just they haven't generated the same kind of buzz Pirates has

Define buzz. Is "buzz" making more money than Pirates and sweeping the muthalovin' Oscars? That's what Rings did. Is "buzz" garnering incredible critical praise, breaking box office records at its time, providing one of the most memorable kisses in Hollywood history, and essentially being the big spark to an entire genre of blockbusters? 'Cause that's what Spider-Man did.
