Which arc to get of these two iconic heroes

This week will be Detective #821 which is the arc from Paul Dini on Batman's mystery on the murder of wealithy solicties fearing for their lives by a mysterious gang leader. While I will get the Batman & Son arc, I don't know about this.

As for Superman: Action will be about the public wondering if Superman who returned in OYL is real and Superman will be about him battling Intergang and a monster while dealing with problems from Lana and Lois. For the Action arc: its interesting yet the whole idea has yet to make sense to me due to that OYL arc. And on the Superman arc: makes sense since he's back however it may not be good.

My two-part question is: should I get that Dini written Batman arc and which Superman arc should I get?

I'd go with Detective and Action if I absolutely had to choose just two, but I'm probably going to buy all of them.

Well I did it before with no prob. It was just the idea of one or two not being worth it.
