That's different. Animals eat other animals, that's nature. Hitting a dachshund in the head with a hammer isn't.
i agree with that. :supes:

To the animal being eaten, and to the animal being hammered (or more likely, maltreated slowly in an abusive household), how much difference is there really?

Animals eat other animals, but I am an animal with higher consciousness. Male lions will kill the cubs of another male, but we would never allow that kind of behavior amongst ourselves because of our higher awareness.

I totally agree.

Most likely not, but there's also no difference when an animal has a disease.

Humans, like every other living thing on Earth, need to eat to survive. Like it or not, our higher consciousness developed because we eat the flesh of other creatures, as well as plant matter. If you want proof of this, look at the broad spectrum of the animal kingdom, which species rank among the smartest? Humans, dolphins, and apes. How many of these species are (at least partially) meat-eaters? All three.

Yummy ... meat!!!

Personally, I say, if it gets eaten after the killing, the death serves a legitmate, natural purpose, it's prefectly fine.

Now you're probably asking, does this leave a loophole for cannibalism? Yes, yes it does.

As I said yummy meat!! But seriously cannibalism is wrong.

definitely animals for me, I would go insane if I saw a dog getting tortured.

And you wouldn't go insane if you saw a 5yo being totured?

Humans, creators of such things as -

Paedophilia
Necrophilia
Nuclear Weapons
Poaching
Biological Weapons
Torture
Bull Fighting
Rape
Deforestation
Slavery
Guns
Bombs
Execution
Cigarettes
Sanctity of Life

That's just a few things off the list of reasons why I don't care about Human abuse, but it's also why Humans should cease to be.

And don't give me any of that shyte about the good things Humans have done, they're aren't any. Anything "good" we've done has either been to primarily benefit us, or it's to try and rectify a mistake we already made.

We're a sick, disgusting species and I can't wait until Nature sorts us out.

If you can look at that list and still choosing Human abuse over Animal abuse, well, point proven.

The answers given to the question always put humans in a bad light anyway. Humans harming animals, Humans harming humans. Humans are at fault both times. Unless I misunderstood the question. Is there an animals harming animals option?

What about those humans who are not guilty of the crimes you've listed? Would you be okay if YOU are tortured? And would you be fine to watch the people you deeply love and care about be tortured for no good reason other than being "human"?

Remember... babies and children are humans too so does that mean you wouldn't care to see them being tortured just because they're "humans"?

If I'm doing the torturing then its all in good fun but if its someone else then that is just plain evil not matter if its human or animal.

What do you mean by "nature sorting us out"? What, will it turn us back in to apes? Wipe us out in a flood. Acts of GOD? A bit off topic I say. Refer to my earlier post Humans will be at fault for both Human and Animal abuse.

It could be animals or humans abusing animals or animals or humans abusing humans.
