I voted Magneto as I read some of the earlier issues of Ultimate X-Men where(please do correct me if I'm wrong as it's been a while) he rearranged the circuitry(and essentially reprogrammed) of a small army of Sentinels to attack different targets?

If it's true then clearly Magneto's the best choice as you have yourself with strength and flight, a master of magnetism and an army of killer robots at your command. What more could you want?

I would go with the obvious one who can protect me 100% and that is kitty. She can't be touched and she can disrupt their electrical components. I mean she did defeat mastermold and defend the x-men from it.
