Which Hulk Is Stronger? (2008 or 2003)

I'm still trying to decide who's stronger. I think it's really the 2003 Hulk.
OR they could be the same.

In the 2003 Hulk, Hulk got stuck with that phome or something(???) or whatever they called it, by Toblet. And it took some time for Hulk to get out of it.

Then in the 2008 Hulk movie, the sonic cannon almost nearly kills Hulk, but he escapes from it soon.

In the 2003 Hulk, Hulk was able to beat those dogs up pretty good. Well...Hulk form 2003is just about the same size as the Abomination who is stronger than the increidble Hulk.

So I have to say the Hulk is stronger than The Incredible Hulk.

Not just voting... debating, nit picking, all the good stuff. there's a frog around here that's even using geometry and the laws of physics to argue that throwing a forklift is a lot harder than throwing a tank. )

The fight against his father had this old quarrel between them going on.

But the rest was pure Hulk: he doesn't want to destroy things and beings as much as he wants to protect himelf and people he loves. He had to fight the dogs because they were after Betty and then he destroyed tanks and helicopters because they wouldn't leave him alone. Just like in the comics Hulk wonders why don't humans leave him alone.

2008 Hulk talked just as much as 2003 Hulk. Much to my luck. I was afraid Betty and Hulk were going to have a nice chat in the cave. Luckily enough Hulk remained being what he is: a rageous monster. His rock against the thunder was so much better than any dialogue.

The scene of him looking at flowers clearly shows he wouldnt have done anything if he had left them alone, dont forget, BOTH the tanks and helicopters shot at Hulk before he did anything to them.

Having seen both, unfortunately I'd say that the 2003 seems stronger based on their comparative feats - what they pick up, how far they jump, relative size.

I just hope that in the next movie they explain that the angrier he gets the stronger and bigger he can become. Quick and easy fix.

Even though '03 Hulk appeared stronger, I think TIH made the "madder he gets the stronger he gets" more apparent in this one as you can see in the final fight when the Hulk was trying to protect betty

This one is not even close fellas. 2008 Hulk gets a 10/10 on my scale of superhero movies but it gets a 10 regardless, only the 3rd time ever in history a 10 was given out by me. So I don't know what movie you guys were watching. Ang Lee took Hulk and modified him, not a good idea. Too big, too green, too fast (he's not the flash), too cutesy, too fake looking. Yeah he was strong, but other than tank toss, nothing impressive, he had trouble with the puppies and absorbing daddy. Hulk 2008, is darker, grimier, and more powerful...in terms of overall destruction of property he is better than Ang Lee's Gumby Hulk. So I have no idea what movie you guys watched.

The 08 Hulk is a way better movie, but the 03 Hulk is stronger. Everyone is talking about that tank he threw. The rock he threw in the lake his dad was attached to would be about 3 times heavier than that tank.

Also the 08 Hulk couldn't handle punishment the way 03 did. 08 was struggling to get up a few times. Much better movie in 08 though.

A forklift weighs at most 10 tons. An M1 Abrams tank weighs almost 70 tons. Not to mention he throws the forklift like 20 feet, while 03 HULK threw it maybe half a mile.

But this current Hulk was more savage in a way that he just kicked Emil Blonsky w/out any care of him dying and scenes with the army, didnt seem like he cared if he had to kill them if they were in his way. THAT is brutal. I havent seen Hulk '03 in awhile, but i dont remember him being that psychotic.

Hulk 2008 is stronger pound-for-pound. Everybody admits that 2003 Hulk was 25 feet compared to 9 feet in Hulk 2008. Do the Math, Hulk 2003 should have had no problem with dogs, army, daddy AND lifting a tank that is about his size anyways. Hulk 2008, he beats up Abom, who as we can see, is much bigger than Hulk and according to everybody who saw the movie, is stronger too. So you guys actually answered the question without realizing it. It is debatable about other physical feats, as they never brought out another Abrams tank so he can throw that one a mile...again. Or shown him leaping from Brazil to Guatemala, a distance of about 1000 miles. Maybe DVD will show this.

Hey, got it on the first try. lol

As for Mcentepede, 2008 Hulk struggled doing quite a lot of things that seemed to be no problem for 2003 Hulk. For example throwing the forklift can be compared to 03 Hulk throwing that giant ball when he first transformed. I honestly think the new Hulk would have serious trouble with the Hulk dogs because he's so much smaller. He'd probably end up being pulled in 3 different directions by the things.

08 Hulk just seemed to have such a difficult time with things (even showing fatigue and annoyance) while 03 Hulk kind of just ran through everything with barely any hesitation.

But hey, that's what I like about the new Hulk anyway. He's not this walking deus ex machina that can beat everything on the first try.

After finally seeing it, its hard to say. He did do some amazing things, like ripping the car in half and the ground pound, but they really didnt show what he is truly capable of.
He certainly looked like he could do much more if he had to.

I agree with Slackadjuster and Savage.....I just saw the movie again tonight and my feelings are the same. THE 08 movie is Better and the 03 Hulk is Stronger... point blank. The 08 Hulk struggled a lil bit picking up hum-vs, and not too mention could not jump as high and far as 03. In the scene where he needs to scale the building to get to abom before he hits the chopper. He has to climb it..although this my have been a visual decision on the part of the director. In fact He and Abom have to climb buildings. 03 Would have just jumped up there.

And 08 Hulk barely grab the leg of Abom as they approached the chopper. It wasn't even that far of a distance, compared to the standing jumps (not running) the 03 Hulk had.
