The Avengers Which is your favorite MCU villain?

Marvel wasted Red Skull IMO. The only thing he has going for him is that he looked exactly like his comic counterpart and he was played by a fan-favorite actor. Other than that, he's a contender for lamest defeat in a comic book flick.

Whiplash had the potential to be awesome. They just didn't give him enough screen time. He kind of disappeared for a big chunk of the movie. His introduction and appearance at the race track were awesome and then ...

i suppsoe it's because his villainy wasn't necessary as cliche as the rest.

which works well with how iron mans heroic antics (especially in the second one) aren't as cliche

He was more of an 'in the background' villain which I found quite intrigueing, he wasnt inherently evil, but you could definately tell he had the capacity for evil deeds.

weaving was a great cast i have to say.

It was superb casting, which is why its all the more dissapointing he didnt really have a chance to unleash as the character, he seemed very subdued to me.
