Which X Character was robbed of quality storyline the most?

It's either Angel, Colossus, or Rogue for me. Cyclops shined pretty well in X1, X2, the moments he did have were great, same here. His death just simply made more sense than anyone was really expecting imo.

Cyclops. No doubt. The first X-Man gets arguably the worst role that occurs in all three films, but in this one he is totally jobbed.

Cyclops definitely. I know he didn't get much screentime in X2 either but there were better ways of handling it. Afterall the second person she kills weighs much more on the storyline in my opinion and what she's capable of.

Colossus I think got shafted pretty hard too, all his action scenes were just extensions of making Logan look cooler. He also had a whopping one line, no development for this important member of the X-Men.

Rogue got a lot of focus in X1. She was one of the main characters.

Cyclops died like 15 minutes into the film, but I loved how James Marsden made the best of his tiny role. Those were the two I was really upset with.
Angel actually made it into the final battle to save his father so he did something cool.

But they killed him off and turned Logan into Cyclops instead.

I agree ROgue was definitely second. After all the buildup of the first two films, she deserved more than what, three minutes of time? We get her being jealous for a few seconds, being jealous again for a few more seconds, being angry for ten seconds, and then, poof, no more powers, no more role. Kitty is to Rogue in this film what Wolverine is to Cyclops. Unfortunate, because I love all four characters.

What was funny is I didn't even notice Cyclops die at the beginning. They really did just kind of write him off, he said what, like 3 lines?

If there was a bit of reaction to Scott's death, then I would have accepted it--BUT NOTHING! Professor X had to remind me that he was dead in the pyschic battle scene.

It is a shame, but what could they honestly do? The movie would have to be 6 hours long to properly accomodate everyone. They should have probably filmed all the films at once like LOTR. Keep the cast 'in line', maintain the same production quality , and give each character the same treatment.
