You know the greatest thing about that trailer is it's five minutes long, and yet I still feel as though I don't know exactly what this movie will bring.

It feels so good, to see so much and yet 'know' so little. Some 2 minute trailers give everything away, that 5 minutes FLIES buy gives you an idea of the epic scope of this thning yet really reveals.... NOTHING. I mean don't get me wrong we know Thor is depowered, we know thins thing will be split between Asgaurd and earth and we know the Destoryer makes it's way to earth but that is It!!


Kinda makes me giddy everytime I watch it.

I agree with all that you've said but tell you what makes me giddy especially - the way the Destroyer moves and sounds. Not just when it's walking but it's that small beat when it stops dead that does it - it's just so damned cool.

Really I'm just very interested as to how a Shakespearean actor portrays characters like the Hulk, I would like to see how Hulk looks on screen...I don't know if this post has much point haha but I like the idea of someone with a Shakespeare background handles comic things

Possibly, but I thought those re-shoots involved a large crowd of people.

If the Thor ending is like the IM2 ending (meaning that the director of the next film in line gets to direct the scene), I'm assuming we'll get some Cap reference. Maybe we'll see Fury this time over the frozen corpse (possibly with Hawkeye).

Even as hyped as I am for CA:TFA, I'm really hoping it's Banner after the end credits. I really like the idea of Loki, fresh from his a$$-whoopin' at the hands of Thor, controlling him. Good set-up of Ruffalo taking over the role from Norton, I say.
It would be really cool if they re-shoot the ending cabin scene in TIH exactly, but with Ruffalo as Banner. Then show Hulk on a destructive rampage, Thor arrives and Ol' Greenie then turns towards him and speaks in Loki's voice: "Hello dear half-brother. Are you ready for round two?" (or something like that.)
I would have a fangasm right there in the theater!

See Odin had collected all these Cosmic and Dangerous Items such as a 3 Foot LONG/TALL Infinity Gauntlet, and the footage clearly shows the Casket of Everwitner.
Apparently, Odin collected all these things to keep peace in the Asgardian Nine Worlds.

Corp nice avatar. I just watched the Avengers cartoon for the first time last night. Was on Disney XD for like 3 hours straight haha. I have to say I really like it. I was afraid it was going to take the same art design as the new Avengers comics which I really dont like.

Sorry to get off topic I just wanted to say I really like the cartoon. And loved the Wolvy cameo in Caps episode in WWII that was awesome.

Besides, Captain America is more than just his powers. If they portray him right, he should be a national icon. Can you imagine how much of a morale boost it would be for the entire country if one of the greatest heroes of World War 2--the last "good" war, according to romantic historians--came back and took up the fight again today? It'd be a way of stepping back from the moral gray areas of today and promoting a return to clear, understandable conflict--good guys vs. bad guys, black and white, justice made simple. Lots more to Cap than just his powers.

Well in my opinion, this is chronologically the last movie before Avengers(Cap is supposed to be completely in WW2..except for maybe waking up in modern times). So there will be MORE than 1 Avengers referance. The Loki Hulk thing at the end makes sense, but there must also be a tie with Thor to the Avengers as well. Im guessing Iron Man, or Hawkeye.

I said Black Widow in my vote. Mainly cause she is with S.H.I.E.L.D. and it would be easy to work her into the story via a cameo.

Realistically since Loki ends up controlling Thor, in the comics, then having Banner appear and get "on his radar" would be cool. Especially if they want to honor the comic origin of Avengers.

EXACTLY what I was thinking. Hell, I thought it was an obvious connection without actually showing Cap (since I'd like the Avengers to be together when they thaw him out).

If this is not the scene then something with Loki and Banner would be great.
