Who could take the Maestro?

Agreed .... Graviton is very mush underestimated , even by the marvel writers. He was recently taken down with one shot, by Iron man. (And i don think there was any 'Hole' distracting him). :) :O
Cosmic Spidey also took him down with one shot as well. :D

HAHA I'll still never get used to seeing Spiderman fly and shoot energy beams and such.

However I'm a firm believer that Cosmic Spiderman could beat the Maestro rather soundly.

wow there must be a blue moon somewhere cause no one said Batman(seeing how all these DC fans worship him) plain and simple no one beats The Maestro.

umm..didn't Batman beat Saint of Killer with a batarang?

You know I haven't read Preacher but the "GOD" in it sounds like a complete ***** (apparantly he can be killed? ) and any decree made by him probaly isn't foolproof anyway

Exodus, Franklin Richards, The Gamesmaster, Sersi, Ikaris, and The Human Torch. Richard Rider might also win, by siphoning the Gamma Radiation off and weakening him.

The Torch showed way back that he could take the early Hulk, but would have killed him so he held back. The Torch once blasted his way out of a room sized block of adamantium created by the Molecule Man. When Doom had the power cosmic the Torch hit him with 2 million degrees and made him flee for his life. His offensive power seems to be second only to Thors godforce when it comes to pure destruction. He may or may nor exceed the Surfer in that respect, although he is obviously less in overall power.

Second only to thors god force? bwhahahaaaaaaaaaaa

Torchy has been beaten By VENOM for pete sake:p

Maestro wins

Venom? That's absurd! Venom would incinerate himself if he tried to hit him and Torchie can vaporize any object including water. Another case of very bad writing no doubt. Where did this happen?

Amazing Spider-man

The enviroment came into play (the fight was on a beach) but Venom still won. Torch lost to a guy who has a weakness to fire? LOL

Then again Venom did take Superman, bad writing or not ;)

But I was thinking what about Longshot, or Vengence? Longshot has luck on his side, and Vengence has gone toe to toe with HUlk before and I don't think characters like him or Ghost Rider can be killed...

If someone did mention Batman, Hulk has kinda beat him...Batman tricked hulk in the first encounter, but the second Hulk was winning and forced Batman to retreat. Hulk also kinda beat superman in one cross over but I think he turned out to be a robot....

But Exodus? I remember Holocaust handing him his ass on a platter....

He was omnipotent while on his throne, and he made the decree for the Saint of Killers from his throne. He was only killed after he abandoned his throne and fled to Earth. He was definitely a *****, but the Saint of Killers' decree came from the biblical, universe-creating omnipotence of God on His throne.

Other then Saint of Killers, who really could take out anyone, I'm sure this guy could patch together a plan of somesorts :) (i'm kinda bias, but evil genious vs evil genious would be fun)

 i think you did not read the recent F4 issue where the Nova Flame made only the hulk laugh....

To be fair though, Hulk's power levels nowadays is stupid. I've never liked angrier he gets stronger he gets, I always felt there should be a limit....otherwise what's the point of putting him in peril?

That sig sums up my feelings on this. Whenever anyone's favourite is beaten it's bad writing :down

Then somebody was warping reality to make Hulks wildest fantasys come true because even in comic book reality that is not even remotely possible! Torchie can hit over 2 million degrees and instantly obliterate adamantium. Nothing made of matter can remain in existence at those tempertures. There wouldn't even be atoms left of Hulk

Franklin Richards(as someone mentioned), Jim Jaspers, Molecule man, Mr. M., Beyonder, Vulcan(when he had all the extra powers) could all do it.

The comic book writers in a F4 comic book are reality benders, don't you know that?

The Silver Surfer can. He's flown through the heart of stars and withstood ACTUAL supernovas.

also, as with most people, Sue Storm could erect an air-tight forcefield around Maestro's head, thereby eliminating his oxygen supply and (eventually) killing him.

Or just get Phoneix to completely obliterate him, y'know, whichever you prefer.

.... someone needs to bring The Fury back into a comic. It seems like a pretty cool villain to fight. Single motivation, and all that jazz.

Was it sentient?
Well, I'd personally say it sentient in the basic sense of the word. It could strategize, plan, adapt, etc...so it could be said that it had some form of consciousness.

And, if it wasn't before, it probably is now with Jaspers supposedly merging with it.
