Danzig also has a curious link to our own Hugh Jackman, as he was originally invited to audition for the part of Wolverine in the X-Men films, but had to turn it down because of tour commitments.


The fact the role eventually went to the lanky Jackman doesn't impress Danzig, whose stocky frame is a much closer match to the comic book hero's proportions.


"And Wolverine is all craggy and evil. He (Jackman) is very, you know GQ looking. Didn't he play Peter Allen or something? There you go."

This is Glen Danzig for those who aren't familiar with him. He is a musician and is best known for his work in the band the Misfits and of course, his solo material simply called "Danzig".

Body wise and height wise he's perfect for Logan. But seeing as he's a musician and not an actor, he really shouldn't be talking at all.

Besides, he also got *****slapped by someone on a tour of his, so perhaps he should just sit down.

So unless he pulls a Bette Midler or a Cher(who can act and are brilliant musicians), he really shouldn't be talking about anyones acting.

Dougray Scott is also going to be Teri Hatcher's new love interest on "Desperate Housewives" this season.

I've also read that Scott had pretty much been cast when Hugh auditioned the second time, so they offered him a Cyclops audition, which he turned down. He wanted to play Wolverine.
