I eat a salad everyday. i make the salads different everyday.
Tonight i had a cucumber, green olives, red onions, turkey, spinach salad.
I used a lite blue cheese dressing and added a few orange slices.
salad bar
raisins - adds so much taste
cut-up hard-boiled eggs
sunflower seeds
whatever extra fruit they have
usually some ham
those crunchy twig looking things
dressing - thousand island or ranch
I like a good salad. If you're watching your weight, they're a great addition to your meal. Most mixes have a serving size of 1 and 1/2 to 2 cups, and its quite a lot on your plate. I enjoy some fat free balsamic vinigarette on mine.
