World Who is that mutant?

Ok, so this is the thread where if you dont know who a mutant is or what they can do, you post and ask questions about them.

So I'll start off, who is Enchantress and what can she do? How powerful is she?

The only Enchantress that I know of is an Asgardian sorceress. Long, blond hair; frequently hangs out with the Executioner (another Asgardian); sometimes an opponent of Thor, sometimes an ally. Or is there another Enchantress out there?
