Who Thinks X-men The Official Game Story Line Should've Been Used In X3???

well i hope i don't get this thread erased just like the others i've made by some mod thats hating (i know its not you Lightning Strikez) but n e wayz....

i think this a legit question....

but for those who played the game would you agree that the storyline for the game would've been a better sequel then what we saw in X3???

i mean think about we would've had Nightcrawler, Sentinels, Sabertooth, Lady Deathstrike and i know there is too much story to put in the movie but as long as they focused on around the story of Stryker still alive coming back with Sentinels and Master Mold. but what do yall think any insight and criticism is welcomed....

I've not played the game but am wary about Sabretooth, Deathstrike and Stryker all coming back from the dead in a movie.

They were unable to budget for Sentinels in X2, and only for a head of a Sentinel in X3, so i really doubt we are going to get Sentinels ever... unless they kept other areas of the budget right down (limiting the action scenes and expensive actors and building to one climactic action scene with Sentinels).

how can Star Wars and other movies afford hundreds of killer robots on screen..... I think it's a bS excuse. Cause all you need are the right team of creators that knows how to do special effects scenes cost effectively

sure well the X Men are on a mission to get the parts stolen for Cerebero and go retrieve it at Akali Lake and discover that there are Hydra soldiers there protecting more than just the stolen parts. Stryker is still alive and him and General Trask have created Sentinels and Master Mold. So as Wolverine, Nightcrawler, and Iceman your mission is to stop the Sentinels, Hydra Soldiers, destroy Master Mold and fight some classic characters like Sabertooth, Lady Death Strike, Multiple Man, Silver Samurai. i think X3 should've been X4 and X3 the game's storyline with of course as close of 2 hour film time as possible. but Sentinels would've been nice instead of the crap we saw in the Danger Room in X3.

Personally I have played the game, past it and I was very disapointed, my only reason to play it was to see what happened to Nightcrawler and it kind of explins it, but over all the game is wack, the damn thing couldnt have good cinematics, just slide shows, Lady deathstrike and Sabretooth were brought back (with no good explanation) to be killed again, just to make Wolverine the main character in the game, besides wolverine you can only play with Nightcrawler and Iceman, but the stroy line is really dumb and random, at the end of the game, they show it was Jason Stryker the one controling the mastermold and his soul was wandering and nightcrawler saves his soul, Iceman beats Pyro, and Wolverine has his last showdown with Sabre, you even get to fight Silver samurai, deathstrike was working for him in the game and...oh lord am gona stop, all you need to know is that that game was a mistake, a mess, and makes X2 wolverine's revenge look like a good game. There is one thing that I am going to mention that is good about the game, with nightcrawler you get to fight multiple man, imagine Nightcrawler fighting like he did in the white house in the begining of X2 because you can do those moves with him. imagine that fighting multiple man. that is very cool, but that only one mission out of like 20 about, over all the game feels like it was just rushed, story line wack, just a mess that kids under the age of 13 will find interesting.

heres the story from the game website...

Colonel William Styker in a daring raid on the School of Gifted Youngsters snared two core components of Cerebero as well as taking student hostages. Stryker created a crude but working version of Cerebero for his own dark purposes.

A combined X-Men/Brotherhood strike force retrieved the kidnapped children. This was not without its price. Jean Grey Sacrificed her life so the X-Men could escape and carry on Charles Xavier's dream for human-and mutant-kind to peacefully coexist.

Now the X-Men must journey back to Alkali Lake for the missing Cerebero components. They will soon discover that the facility itself isn't the only thing seemingly resurrected from the dead.

The battle lines are once again drawn among the X-Men, the Brotherhood and all mankind. But why won't Nightcrawler stand with his new allies on the eve of their darkest hour?

Yes he does, he says that he is not cut out for all that violence and fighting and he leaves the team. WACK!!!!!!!
thank God I got that thing off of gamefly, I feel sorry for who had to waste 50 dollars in such a horrible game, this game is as bad as Bloodrayne the movie.

the story line could've been better i admit but they were on the right track as far as the Sentinels and the way they looked was perfect. and yes the Nightcrawler fighting Multiple Man is very cool. other than the the Master Mold and Sentinels concept is good as far as everything else it could be improved to make a hell of a movie.

The story was alright but I don't think it would be good for X3. The Deathstrike story was pretty retearded imo.I haven't gotten very far in it yet, I just beat Silver Samurai.

hmm very average game however a great story. basically stryker had one more trick up his sleeve. the setinels. the x-men return to alkali lake and see them readying the setinels. mastermold is also activated. then wolverine finds out death strike is alive and follows her to japan where he fights her and silver samurai i think. iceman stops pyro from blowin up a nuclear power plant.and nightcrawler and storm stop multiple man from destroying the setinels. then the setinels attak a city and shoot down the x jet. then the x-men enter the master mold to destroy it from the inside wich they do. then nightcrawler leaves. it wud be good if cyclops was in it and they took away deathstrike imo.. if they did these things yes it wuda been better then x3.

o yah magneto also needs a way better part
