Whos Better Batman Or Spiderman?

In terms of fighting, or just personal favorite? Fighting wise, I think Spider-Man could beat Batman, but personal favorite.... that's a tough choice for me. I'll go for Batman, but it's close.

batman! i mean the way i see it the ordinary guy is better than the guy with the super powers/ abnormalities, cuz with out those powers the guy cant do anything very well. i favor the normal man because he/shes got what it takes to win with out having anything fantastically special about themselves...if that makes any sense.

I like Spidey better, and think he'd win in a fight too (depending on what exactly you mean by 'best').

As for utility belt, I honestly think it means little in this fight. While Spiderman may not be Quicksilver speed, who isn't even close to Flash who Supes is close to, still Spidey's very fast. Reason I made that connection is in a Supes vs. Bats fight Superman mentioned that he could have Batman unconcious and in a jail cell before batman could blink and only reason he didn't was batman had a bomb strapped to an 'innocent' gotham citizen (was himself). In this case there is no kryptonite to work on Spidey, and Bats honestly doesn't know if Spidey cares for innocents or not, he doesn't know Spiderman's powers, and short of having a file and a week on Spiderman, prep times out the window. I say Spiderman has 10 hits on Batman off the bat before Batman realizes it. If Bats throws any projectiles Spidey dodges them, and with no plot device, nothing keeps Spidey from dancing around Batman with no problem at all.

yes but batman would pull an anti-gravity-spider-power-nullifier out of his belt and just swat spiderman. It's the same old thing DC's heroes (even the ones with no powers) are just too powerful. At least based on the minimal ammount of DC I've actually read
