Are you kidding me? You're doubting whether Spider-man can beat Wolverine?

Let's see...On the count of speed, strength, agility and intelligence, he outclasses Wolverine completely in every respect. Plus he has spider-sense, can climb walls, is pretty good with his webbing which is pretty much as strong as steel in some respects. The only thing Wolverine has is his healing factor, which might come in handy after Spider-man kicks his as$.

Let me give you an example of how much Spider-Man outclasses Wolverine. It goes like this:

Give a knife to a 6 years old girl.
That would be Wolverine.

Now throw said 6-years-old girl against the goddam Batman.
That would be Spider-Man.

Can the 6 years old girl KILL the goddam Batman if she hits her mark?
Probably.

Does the 6 years old girl stand a chance in hell of hitting the goddam Batman before the goddam Batman introduces her to twelve degrees of pwnage?

Haha me too. Personally, were I Spiderman and were I faced with fighting wolverine i'd just drop something heavy on him. Like pin him under a couple of cars.
The way wolverine's written lately he's just about impossible to kill or even KO because his healing's become so ridiculous but even considering those particular difficulties Spiderman could still take Wolverine down a hundred times out of 10.
