In fact all conventional theory on time travel would suggest that simply by telling the president that he has changed the future. By how much is debatable, but by telling someone the consequences of their actions you increase the likelihood of altering the time stream.

thats what i was saying earlier on it seems to me that if time travelers were working on INACURATE INFORMATION they could warn a man of impending danger but the danger could be to ANOTHER man with the same name
