The Dead and Civil War

Yea that would be more like forcing him onto the pro-side, that would've been cool though to have Sentry trying to control Hulk the whole time.

Yeah. I wouldn't mind seeing a Sentry/Hulk crossover, thinking about it like that.

It'd be cool if they played with it, like, Hulk acted as Sentrys loyal master, kind of a like a dog or something.

*Imagins the Sentry and Hulk playing Fetch*

This thread is pointless; there's no particular sane reason for most of the characters' positions and they're all acting like alternate-universe versions of themselves anyway, so there's no possible way to tell what side of the line a character would end up on based on anything known about that character prior to CW.

I mean here: Phoenix? Pro reg, because her daddy used to touch her at night. Nova, anti-reg because of his long-lasting love for a good game of chinese checkers. Magneto? Pro-reg, because he secretly wears women's underwear.

There, every single one of those ridiculous reasons would make exactly as much sense as any other silly thing that's happend so far in Civil War.

One of the things I really really hated about the first Sentry mini, and it's sadly something they went and confirmed when they brought the Sentry back, is that the Hulk was the Sentry's friggin pet sidekick...

Hulk don't fetch sh#t for on-one, dammit.:o:oldrazz::cwink:

Here's a point... Who says they won't show up?

I've been thinking about this since I read the Return today. Mar-Vell believes he was pulled through time. But who's to say that is the truth? They already cloned Thor, and he's a flippin' asguardian. I wouldn't put it past Tony and Reed to be able to replicate the Nega Bands. Those memories could be false. Maybe the learned from the Thor clone and made a better generation.

Mar-Vell could just be the first in a whole series of Hero clones that they were already talking about creating.

no. even marvel would not sink so low.

You mean they wouldn't sink so low as to somewhat revive a beloved character only to show he was actually a clone?

Hmmmm. I just flipped through the comic (half-comic, really). I thought that was an alternate reality Marv.

If he got pulled out of time, wouldn't that leave a hole in his personal history, so to speak? Wouldn't that be creating an alternate reality in which he disappeared from the timeline? Ow, my head hurts! The clone idea is looking better and better to me. :yay:

There was a blonde guy in a tube in the lab in Civil War #4

Yeah, I remember. For some reason people were speculating that that might be Ben Reilly. Maybe it was a Mar-Vell clone.

Or Luke Skywalker after getting beated up by the Wampa

It could have been anybody, or it could still be anybody. I still say, this Mar-Vell is a clone.

Rockslide
Hellion
Mercury
Matchstick

**Beats Tropico with newspaper** Damnit, no matter how well you train them they always leave their "presents" everywhere.

Yeah, it IS crap, isn't it? I picked it up from 2 guys that think it's funny.:D

so... repeating it is a good idea? your dog leaves a mess on the carpet and you just think "When in rome" and drop trou?

No, I don't think it was a good idea. I was just being a smartass and you, in fact, helped me by commenting it. I thank you, seriously, THANKS!!

Okay, now I'm lost, any one got a roadmap or some friggin' breadcrumbs?

Actually if I'm being totally honest, phoenix being alive means Scott has to go pro-reg due to his sense of duty / total amnesia regarding 30+ years of being the target of government violence, and then you have an excuse for Jean to be anti-reg / ditch Cyke and start ****ing Wolverine.

I mean come on, you know that's exactly what Millar would do.
