Basically, I empathize with Steve/Bucky's situation from an emotional perspective, but I can see how there's merit in Tony's view and how Steve might be being bullheaded in some ways.
Basically, I guess I can side with Steve emotionally and with Tony logically/ideologically.
But General Ross being behind the Accords, or at least the one pushing them on The Avengers, doesn't do much to make them look trustworthy. And we already learned how up-and-up SHIELD was...
