Transformers Why does the "black guy" always die first in a movie?

2) The remaining Autobot/Decepticon parts were dumped in the deepest & coldest part of the ocean.

i think it was only the decepticons. after all, why would they throw away the body part of an entity that was trying to help them?

And since Jazz had the personality of a brotha, which was fairly obvious during his introduction, I thought it would be fairly accurate in classifying him as that. I was just making reference to Jazz being the only Autobot to die out of all of them. Sure, Bumblebee was injured, but if anything, I would think Ironhide would be the first to go, since he had such a gung-ho attitude about violence and hand to hand combat, and not Jazz.

I guess if its any consolation, at least Jazz got taken out by none other than Megatron himself. It's just a shame that if a sequel is made, he won't be back...

I know race had nothing to do with it. If you studied my post, I was referring to Jazz having the personality of a brotha, and also being the first (Autobot) to die. Most black men always die first in horror movies, so the title of this thread is in reference to the similarities. Not necessarily specifically towards African American male humans.

So what would you rather have the humans do, chop up the dead Autobot and see what makes him tick? ... Or reverse engineer him to see what other products they can make from his technology?

Assuming the Autobots don't bury their dead, since they're machines, I would think Jazz would be either creamated or jetisoned into space, if it came down to that. The other option was what you saw at the end of the movie.

For the few you mentioned especially Cuba and the bunch of places in South America, aside from our governments own personel agendas....those countries are run by dictators. Last time I checked dictators are in fact evil, it's not a some are some aren't kind of thing. If we were to go in and say...assasinate the dictator, the people wouldn't be free still. Someone would rise up in the lasts one place. Take Iraq, we helped them take out Hussein, and are now still(sad to say) trying to build them a stable government were they can vote who they want to lead. It's called Freedom, which they didn't have a whole lot of before. I understand it's not our right or place to do any of this, but I look at it like a big brother helping out one of his younger siblings kinda thing.

Oh yeah, and the part where I said "were the only country with a corrupt government". That was sarcasm to the highest degree. I don't believe a single country has an honest government in this world. Basically I was saying that everyone makes us out to be the bad guy, when in fact everyone else is just as bad.

i would say that the reason Jazz was killed was because he was the smallest, easiest to kill (i'm sure that's still a big part of the reason why he was killed) but if BB had been the smallest i doubt they would've killed him off...

...i guess they had to kill off the autobot who had the most personality besides Prime and BB so they went with Jazz. i seriously doubt it had anything to do with him being "black".

...Which I don't understand,. because technically, Bumblebee should have been the only small bot. He was the minibot in the series.

I meant, Cuba's so-called dictator came to power because of the corrupt government the United States set up in Cuba. Cuba was a territory of the United States once upon a time... people forget.
