Ant-Man Why will you be seeing this movie?

Antman was great in Earth's Mightiest Heroes. We had a lot of great moments with him too.

I'm still a bit worried about whether Rudd can sell himself as an Action Hero. Thoughts?

If Edgar can make convincing fighters out of Nick Frost, Simon Pegg and Michael Cera he can certainly make one out of Paul Rudd.

Paul Rudd was in Jackie Chan produced Hong Kong action flick Gen X-Cops which also featured Jackie Chan stunt team member and Ant-Man stunt coordinator Brad Allen.

I'm an Ant Man fan.
i love marvel movies
I love the avengers, of which ant man is a member
You dont see many shrinking movies, so its something different

I'll be seeing it because I pretty much watch every superhero movie being made even when I know they'll be total crap. But I'm interested in seeing it because it looks different than the others in MCU and Edgar Wright is directing it. Paul Rudd is really good additional reason as well. I hope it really does look and feel different than the other studio's movies because so far they hardly bear a director's signature in them.

Superhero fan, Ant-man fan, MCU fan, Edgar Wright fan and a Paul Rudd fan.

As I type this a have a Bowen Yellowjacket bust in view and because of the casting and plot concept even I WILL NOT pay to see this film. Taking Hank Pym out of play in modern times sucks more than words can convey.

it's one of my favorite actors as my favorite character in a movie directed by one of my favorite film-makers. the make-a-wish foundation couldn't have even pulled this off.

I've got 40 years' worth of Avengers comics in storage, and am absolutely ecstatic at the news of Michael Douglas as Obi-Wan Pym and Paul Rudd as Padawan Lang.

Hank Pym isn't "out of play" in modern times, not by a long shot. People who think that are blind ageists who think that old people can't do....stuff.

I'm all up in this movie like it's my birthday!!

Michael Douglas.
Paul Rudd.
Edgar Wright. Joe Cornish.

Yep. In like the thunder!

I guess I'll be seeing it for all those reasons. I've always liked Ant-Man. Have for years.

And while I like the character of Hank Pym quite a bit, I also like Scott Lang. But really, it's his quirky and unique powers as "Ant-Man" (regardless if it's Pym or Lang) that has always intrigued me about the character. And, truthfully, I never thought this movie had a snowball's chance in hell of being made. It's release could--depending on box office numbers and critical reception--open the door for more quirky and lesser-known characters like She-Hulk, the Heroes for Hire gang (Cage, Fist, Misty, Colleen), the sky's the limit!

I really hope this ends up being the sleeper hit of the MCU.

1.Its Ant-man's MCU debut
2.I watch all MCU movies
3.Paul Rudd
4.Michael Douglas
5.Edgar Wright

I'm finding new reasons to watch this movie all the time!

i'm calling it now. i'm going to see this movie at least 3 times in theatre.

I would say I'm an Ant-Man fan (I've only really seen him in EMH but he was my favorite character), but they're making Pym too old, and Lang is the main character, so I picked because it's a Superhero film.
