lol, He did wear a suit and tie for Gohan's private school interview in Movie #8 because Chi-Chi forced him, yeah.

She also made him go to take his driver's test for his license in the Trunks Saga, and Piccolo accompanied him. Even though it was filler, those eps were pretty funny. They both looked ridiculous in civilian street clothes. Piccolo, especially.
