Worst Physical Pain You've Ever Felt

ouch...damn, just thinking about it hurts! have you had surgery or anything?

Nah. I was 16 at the time and the doc just put me on my back for about 3-4 months and let it heal. Haven't had any problems out of it since honestly.

My lower back. It's been in constant pain for the past couple weeks. I'm going to the chiropractor tomorrow and getting it taken care of.

Let's see, there are a couple of bad memories:

-when I was 12 I had an infected big toe that required minor surgery. The doctor had to inject the anesthesia right into the infected part. It was awful for a second there.

-I had played a particularly grueling one day tennis tournament, probably around 14 or 15 years old. I woke screaming in pain that someone had stabbed me in the legs. Now had I been fully awake I'd have realized it was just bad cramps, but waking up to that pain made it terrifying. I remember my mother rushing in, deducing the problem with my contorted legs, and straightening them. God, moms are awesome sometimes.

-I was playing a spirited game of football with my family on thanksgiving a few years back. Long story short, my brother dove and reached around me to strip me of the ball. He missed the ball but latched onto my shorts. He pulled my down to the ground via my testes. It was difficult to move for a few days. Probably the worst lingering pain I've ever felt.

-Racquetball. The last time I ever played. You're obviously supposed to wear glasses and a cup for racquetball, but I never did. I especially hated the glasses. So I served the ball, and when you serve in racquetball the ball ends up going behind you to the returner. I always "cheat" by turning around to see which direction the return is coming. I turned around and 150mph return hit me flush in my junk. I hit the floor and was there for probably 5-10 minutes. It left a burn mark on the head of my penis. That was the worst of it. The pain subsided substantially by the time I went to bed that night.

The worst part of the racquetball one was that the two guys I was playing with immediately started in with the whole "stop faking man, get up, that didn't hit your balls" nonsense. Meanwhile I'm in so much pain I can't even make out words.

A few years ago, when I was 17, I started to get serious about playing baseball again since the last time I really played was when I was 8 in Little League. During that summer, I had started practicing with a friend of mine every morning so that we could both get ready to try out for the school's team. After a while, I enrolled in a baseball program that met every night. But the morning after my first night there, I was practicing with my friend and I suddenly started to feel some pain in my right wrist. It wasn't too serious, but it was enough to keep me from playing for the rest of the summer since I couldn't throw a ball or swing a bat without completely losing my grip from the pain. It took a while to fully heal, but even til this day, I still feel pain if I bend the wrist too much.

I have something similar. A few years ago I was eating a bagel and all of a sudden my tooth crack where only have of it broke off. It didn't really bother me until a year later where I kept getting a sharp pain that extended to my entire mouth and head and I too wanted to just remove the tooth myself. I went to the dentist and he referred me to someone else who was going to remove the tooth. I didn't want to lose my tooth and luckily the pain eventually went away on its own. I don't feel pain there as much anymore, but I do avoid chewing on that side, especially something hard like candy.

Tooth Pain says, "I'll be back."

I was just going to say I haven't been to the dentist since and I should probably should go because I think I've gotten a few cavities since, but then I remembered, the tooth only started to hurt after I saw the dentist and he referred me to a specialist. I remember going to see him and he looked at the tooth, gave me a shot underneath the tooth and then said there was nothing he could do.

I don't know what it is but i've felt this pain before since i was a kid
and it keeps happening even through my adult life as well
but it happens so very rarely that i can count how may times on one hand ,i'd say barely five times and i'm prepare for it ,since i know of its existence

it's like a very intense burning sensation, very very intense ,
i mean like hell, as if somebody's touching me with the tip of a searing hot iron ,
and it last just the fraction of a second
that pain is so intense that I would propably passed out or die if it had to last 5 segond all over my body ,
luckily it usualy happened only at a very tiny spot on my bod

I still remember the first time i felt it
it was on my chest around the nipple area
i was probably around fourteen and it happened again years later but at a different spot
like my side then i remember the toe ,and it happen again a few years ago but i don't remember which spot
sometime i wish it would last a little bit more just to test if i could resist such and intence pain but it last only a fraction of a segond

I thought about cancer or a cell in my body being explode, or perhaps it's the resudue of my body "years in the future" still sending message to my present body after my death
etc...

anyways i don't know what it is and i'm really not interested in seeing a doctor
and don't even think it's because of the money because where i live medic care are for free.

I had to have surgery on my jaw because it didn't heal properly from a past surgery. So, they had to cut a piece of bone from my jaw and graft it onto the spot that didn't heal. 7 shots of Novocaine and it wouldn't numb. I felt everything and saw and smelt smoke while the surgeon did his thing. I laid on the couch in such pain. My jaw looked like I called Mike Tyson a *****.
