This is sad!:o :down

Are those capes? It just looks like the Red Ranger forgot to tuck his shirt in. :(

I only found out a little while back that a lot of the fight scenes in the Power Rangers we all know and love were lifted right off the Japanese version.

... though it mustn't have been that japanese version.

Is this the original Power Rangers?

The yellow one looks very happy.

Yep, if you notice in the original season, the yellow has no boobs and bulge in the crotch area.
Poor Trini :(.
There can never be a reunion:(

To be fair the woman who played Trini had no boobs either. ;)

Actually, not so much these days. In the first few seasons, they rellied pretty much entirely on stock footage for fight scenes. But nowadays, they use stock footage alot less. You can tell, since the stock footage usually looks like it was shot with a different, older camera (which it was).

The suits are always shinier in the stock footage, too. I don't know why, but it just was.

dis anyone notice that the new bumper character forspike tvs slammin satuday night looks like the white ranger?

Trang died in a car accident on September 3, 2001 near San Francisco, California. She and former actress/model Angela Rockwood-Nguyen, to whom Trang was to be a bridesmaid to later that year, were in a car travelling on Interstate 5 between San Francisco and Los Angeles (they had apparently spent the day searching for suitable dresses for the wedding) when the vehicle she was riding in lost control. It fishtailed violently before it hit the roadside rock face. The car then flipped several times before hitting the safety rail and plunging over the bank. Rockwood-Nguyen survived despite not wearing a seat belt, after being thrown out of the vehicle through a window before its final impact; as a result, however, she is now quadriplegic. Trang, who also wasn't wearing a seat belt, died upon impact.

Her Power Rangers co-stars David Yost and Amy Jo Johnson (with whom she had also remained friends with after Power Rangers), attended the funeral (for which Johnson wrote an eulogy), a traditional Buddhist ceremony, held on September 10 at the Peek Family Funeral Home in Westminster, California. Saban dedicated a Power Rangers: Time Force episode, Circuit Unsure, in her memory.

She was searching for dresses for a wedding too. That just makes it even more tragic :(

It's nice to reflect on the past, but its time to look into the future! This is what you can expect in 2007!
