And he was awesome on Game of Thrones last night. (I know, that doesn't count, but still...it was a really good episode )

The news seems to be doing a great job letting everyone else know where the gym he goes to is, though.

That live video of him working out probably didn't help either.

I think if this is an apocalyptic alternate future, the characters will be very different, having endured a harsher world.

I am hoping that this is the case, although it is possible the world hasn't gone that far into the dark ages yet.

I definitely want to see everyone with more of a hard edge to them. One of my ideas for Iceman was to have him stuck in his ice form like he was in AoA... meaning no touch and no comfort. It would be very much like what Rogue has had to endure. That would actually finally make their relationship interesting. But I do understand that it all depends on the budget. Singer did lots of CGI characters for Jack the Giant Slayer so maybe he's learned some tricks. There are lots of movies with full CGI characters now, so it's not like new technology or anything. And ice is not as challenging because it doesn't have to look lifelike. It's ice haha.

i thought the Ice Effect was pretty amazing for the time. Especially when you see all the detail in stills.

it was pretty great. I just think it looked weird in motion

it was far better imo than both Emma Frost diamond effects. in the Comics it always looks like emma turns to glass... not fragments of diamonds everywhere which looks bizarre

Yes, the Emma effects are terrible. She looked like she was suffering some sort of disease in XO:W and looked like they spent hardly any money at all in those poor FC scenes.

Emma looked great in FC, she looked horrible in XO:W; in the latter she looked like she belonged in the Twilight franchise.

It still irks me every time I see FC that for no reason, Emma turning to diamond somehow causes her clothes to disappear.

So... pretty much no one's in Montreal right now.

Patrick, Ian and Bryan Singer are in Montreal now.

I think Scott and Jean will have cameos at the end. As far as explaining changes from Last Stand. No explanation will ever be necessary because it's a new timeline and that stuff never happened.

Bryan singer already stated that this is a sequel to X3. And we still don't know if alternating the future will make Jean and Cyke rise from the ashes.

Isn't Iceman a bit more adventurous and mischeivous in the comics. Ashmore's version, like Anna's Rogue is a boring weak interpretation of the character.

YUp!, Iceman is a jokster in the comics and when he's serious, he's like an angsty teenager.

Hopefully he's Ice up for the majority of his scenes!t: Same with Colossus (and Emma Frost if only she is in the movie!)

At first I didn't like Emma Frost's diamond form in FC and I prefered the Origins' look because she looked so glassy. But then I noticed that the CGI work is so much better and it looks similar to her diamond form in the comics. And now I love seeing her diamond form everytime I watch First Class. It sucks we are not gonna see more of that and I wanted to see Emma shine bright like a diamond.

There's gonna be more on the Hugh/Stalker stuff in the post tomorrow. Mostly just about how awesome and kind Hugh is. He's actually still in NYC and was at the same gym today.

Xmen origins actually had better cgi from that standpoint (which is bizarre considering the cgi in everything else was horrible) it just was a poor design. She was made up of a zillion little diamonds.

Fc looked more like comic Emma... But why they always try to make her look like a flawless hand cut diamond I'll never know.... She's an organic human being.... The diamond needs to look organic not like a symetrically cut gem stone.

She looked like a broken fun house mirror in Fc sometimes.....

She should look like sparkle glass imo

Yeah, apparently she started this in San Francisco and he took out a restraining order then. What she did this weekend was in violation on the restraining order, which should help the case against her this time. How freaking creepy is that?

I saw him on the news eariler, he came back to the gym and said his trainer would punish him if he didn't get his workout in.
