Not really excited for these two shows. I'm just not looking forward on how the X-Men spin-off TV show would do in the ratings in a network like FOX where ratings really matter more to get a renewal and people would dismiss it as a failure if it doesn't get a second season or it doesn't perform beyond expectations. Hellfire also isn't exactly the ideal X-Men spin-off show, they aren't even the most well-known villain group of the X-Men. I hope Emma Frost is in the show.
Legion, eh... but since its a FX show, I could see it lasting longer since its a cable show. I'm also concerned on how these shows would be limited to VFX and action. Like I don't want 13 episodes to 22 episodes per season with more of it are talking and the big stuff are just being saved to the final episode.
But I guess good for the people who wants more from X-Men Cinematic Universe, this is another step for FOX in making their X-Men cinematic universe larger.
