I really wished she could've joined her brother in Captain Britain and MI-13. I never really like Psylocke with the X-Men, ironically.

I liked the Sisterhood arc. It was one of the few things by Fraction's I enjoyed. I liked the members (especially Madelyn, she's a old fav) and it had a great moment when Logan had to reveal he kept a lock of Jean's hair. It was a nice reminder that s**t is always going to be weird between them.

As for Betsy, something that ALL writers in the past 20 years have forgotten is that even though she is in the body of an Asian, she has the British accent. It's rare now that she'll use words like bloody hell, bugger, and sod off. Back in the day, writers would throw that stuff in there to remind us she's a Brit at heart. It's been lost over the years.

WHAT?! Sisterhood was filled with about 10,000 plot holes and unanswered questions.

Why was Maddie evil? She wasn't evil the last time we saw her. She hasn't been evil since she got possessed by demonic energy back in Inferno. That junk was out of her system by the time she came back in the 90's and started hanging out with Nate.

Why did Maddie know magic again? Again, that hasn't been a part of her since Inferno.

How did she come back?

How did she know that Logan kept a lock of Jean's hair?

How did the spell used to locate Jean's body lead them to Westchester? Jean's body isn't even on Earth anymore.

Why did Maddie need to cast a spell to locate Jean? Upon partially returning from the dead, she didn't think to look for the X-Men in Westchester and happen to see the graveyard with Jean's huge grave marker?

How did Maddie find Psylocke?

How did Cyclops know that Maddie was just a ghost, invaded their Marin base just to get Jean's hair from Logan's room, and that she was using it to find Jean's body in Westchester?

When the Sisterhood attacked, how did Cyclops know that they were attacked by Betsy back in her old body and not a resurrected Kwannon?

Why exactly did Maddie form the Hellfire Cult and get them to attack mutant kids in the streets of San Francisco if her only immediate goal was to possess Jean's body so she'd be physically substantial again?

Yeah, it had a ton of plot holes but I liked it. I love Maddie Pryor. I love the concept of the Sisterhood. I loved Psylocke and her old armor. I never said it was the greatest story but I liked it, so shoot me....

well to answer this question, you are right in that the last time Maddie was evil was in Inferno and thats the last time we saw her. The 90s character in X-man wasnt the same Maddie that married Scott and became the Goblyn Queen. The original Maddie never met and hung out with Nate

I think Nate was adventuring with the same Maddie at first before she got swapped with an evil Maddie from Earth 998.

well Marvel released an official Phoenix Handbook last year to clarify this and as per that, the official stance is that Maddied died in Inferno and didnt return again till Sisterhood
