You know, in small doses I really like Wolvie but things like this are why I end up hating Logan more than anyone else in the marvel U.
Really? How so?The most interesting thing about his Hulk run? It was the exact same thing as his Supergirl run. The exact. Same. Thing.
18 of every 22 pages in each issue featured Supergirl fighting another hero for absolutely no reason whatsoever.Really? How so?
I have to say, I have never understood how it's even possible to be a fan of one of those characters but not the other. With all the odd-couple chemistry Cyclops and Wolverine have, it's like liking Riggs but not Murtaugh, Mulder but not Scully or Kirk but not Spock.Y'know, I used to have absolutely no real liking for Wolverine. I was a Cyclops fan as a kid, so Wolverine always represented this rebellious ******* who was constantly trying to steal Cyke's girl.
That said, now that Marvel's ****ed the life out of Scott due to mischaracterization (or maybe it's overcharacterization), I find myself becoming a pretty big Wolverine fan.
Easy. They are completely different characters. I dont see why liking one means you have to like the otherI have to say, I have never understood how it's even possible to be a fan of one of those characters but not the other. They're completely different characters that whose personalities complement each other perfectly. It would be one thing if they would be two characters with little or no interaction but they are very much a double act. I can understand how a Wolverine-fan might not be interested in Cyclops as a solo character. What I don't get is how that hypothetical fan could not enjoy the classic friendship/rivalry between Wolverine and Cyclops.Easy. They are completely different characters. Because generally one of them is (poorly) characterized as a moronic jerk. There are apparently shockingly few writers who can actually characterize two likeable characters who happen to disagree with each other. They're completely different characters that whose personalities complement each other perfectly.
