I think you're having a different conversation than I am. I already said I agree with you.But he didn't keep playing 10-15 more years saying "Watch, I still got it!". He played like 2 games for the Wizards and was like "Yeah, I'm done for real this time."

Now that makes sense. Also, for someone to say Claremont isn't a favorite of theirs they most likely never read his 70s-80s X-Men and doesn't realize what he contributed to the franchise, or straight up didn't like him to begin with. I say the same thing about Morrison all the time.

yeah I've read bothI guess you've never read The Authority or anything by Millar for that matter.
t: I forgot about those guyHis writi style has changed multiple times throughout his career, though.I can see his good ideas, I enjoy an issue every now and then, but no I don't like his writing style.

He's written all three of my favorite characters: X-Men, Batman, and Spider-Man. As a whole I didn't like either of his runs on the first two. I didn't even know he touched the last until reading runaway's post just now, and knowing doesn't make interested in the slightest or for anything else he's done for that matter. His writi style has changed multiple times throughout his career, though.![]()
You may have me confused. I'm referring to Grant Morrison.whhaaaaaat.....i understand not liking his later runs but Claremont's first run on X-men is legendary
Batman and Robin was incredible. As was All-Star Superman, JLA, Animal Man, We3, Seven Soldiers, The Invisibles and now Action Comics. He's written all three of my favorite characters: X-Men, Batman, and Spider-Man. Because that fourth issue was really different than the previous three.I liked Action for about 3 issues then I dropped it. To each his own.

I'm pretty sure Joe Q and Bendis killed more mutants than we did.everytime someone insults Claremont, somewhere a mutie dies.

Thats because they have the legacy virus and are highly infectiousI'm pretty sure Joe Q and Bendis killed more mutants than we did.
