Archangel and Husk were only slightly creepy. Warren was in his late 20's, and Paige was 19. It's weird enough to make you turn your head and talk behind their backs, but legal enough that you'd watch it play out.

Scott's gotta be at least 30 by now. Although Illyana is physically around 20, she'd only be like 12 if living in Limbo hadn't aged her.

Yeah, I'd say it's safe to assume Illyana is legal now.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's Emma too. Can't see it being Illyana or Magneto, and one of the newbies would maybe not be that surprising. Depends on what the motive is, obviously, but I think one of the established members of the team betraying them would have more of an impact on Cyclops and the others.

That picture is awful. I love the team and the premise, but those character redesigns are awful. Is Magneto's costume now actually white? Emma doesn't even look like Emma (that's her right?). Bachalo was good on WatX, but I'm not sure he's going to fit here.

Yeah that's the one that I thought. There just isn't much recognizable about her there, and she's sidelined with the noob characters. I don't mind a new black outfit, but she looks like a generic Bachalo woman. I never thought I'd describe Emma's outfits as generic.

haha bc thats the premise behind the new book. Scott recruting mutants to his new school. Them already being elevated up to X-men status is odd though. They should remain students.

Well Cyclops' whole business model was to make the kids soldiers so I guess this fits. He's running a "school" in the most loose sense of the word.

LOVING All New X-Men. Bendis is making me an X-fan again, and I haven't felt like this since the Whedon/ Cassaday days. Bendis feels very at home writing these characters.

Not quite sure how I'm feeling about Uncanny X-Men though, I mean i would think that after AvX, they'd be trying to get Scott back to his old self but it seems like he's becoming more militant than ever. I just miss good Cyclops, can't we please have him back?

He's pretty much dead and buried now, unless you consider his younger time displaced self to be the "good Cyclops" in contrast to adult Cyclops.

I know the fan base is pretty divided over it, but I think Cyclops is the best he's been since Astonishing.

I dont think theres anythign wrong with the current Scott. He's changed but then again how could he not after everything thats happened the last several years. It would be unrealistic to expect him to go back to the 80/90s status quo of how the character was
