I'd love to see Wood use Dazzler. I always thought she'd be cool in the right hands.

Are there any good trades/stories for her?

I liked the little I read of her in New Excalibur, but I didn't read much of it.

Dazzler? She was a major character during the Australia era of Uncanny X-Men. There was also the Dazzler: The Movie graphic novel from waaaaay back in the day.

She had her own series back in the 80s. Its too bad for her that she locked up in the Xmen bc she was more of a Marvel Universe character. I could easily have seen her join the Avenges back then. She has plenty of friends and ties to the group and was up for consideration before turning them down. They should have had her re-establish those ties following her stint in the X-men instead of dumping her in limbo for more than a decade

I think it's gonna be in Uncanny when she shows up, but she'll have joined SHIELD, and not that team.

SHIELD? Thats a good look for her. She needs to branch out into the MU and away fro the Xmen

They better bring Monet back by the end of the series!!! It's not like Generation X has many members left. And what Peter David did to Strong Guy was a large part of the reason that I dropped the book. I couldn't stand him as a soulless bad guy, and I've always loved Strong Guy. Mix that with the focus on the demonic instead of the detective and it just didn't read as well for me.

That Polaris scan was awesome, though!

Haven't read X-Factor in a while.

They're in the midst of the Hell on Earth War arc, and all of the hell-lords were attempting to kill Tier, Wolfsbane's son, as it was foretold in some kind of prophecy that whoever would, would rule all of hell and the earth. The group has been protecting him, and when they faced Pluto and his minions, M took Pluto on by herself, and he struck her so hard, that it caused some kind of brain injury that was slowly killing her. Layla knew about it from her future knowledge and Darwin could sense it from his leftover powers from when he copied Hela. Strong Guy returned in the arc too, as an ally of Jezebel, daughter of Mephisto, who was trying to stop the whole war from happening, and M attacked him directly, with the past between them making her think that he was there to fight and she just wanted to beat him to the punch, and during the fight he could even see she was slowing down and wanted to stop until she pissed him off and he hauled off and decked her but not even that hard like he said, but it was enough to kill her because of the previous injury.

Marvel really hates Generation X . It probably didn't help that the team was super ethnically/national diverse as well. Minorites usually near the top of the chopping block when they need to kill someone or boot them into limbo.

anybody see that Clay Mann commision piece of the New X-Men???
It featured Hellion, Rockslide, Anole, Surge, Pixie, and X-23, it was pretty slick lookin
Add Quentin, Genesis, Broo and Kid Gladiator and I'd be very down for that
although the writers name on it was Bendis, and I'd rather he not take any more X-Books

I just saw it. I love Clay Mann's work.

But another Bendis X-Men book??? That makes 3 plus he's doing GoTG. Expect a downturn in quality because he could never swing that many titles. He's better when focused on 1 or 2.
